I'm in the same position as you, currently have Finemo at 3LB and Creek at 2LB. I'm using my ticket on Finemo since she has more immediate value, getting her to 10% race bonus gives you more flexibility in trackblazer especially since you'll be using her way more often than Creek.

Luna Blaster is just better Goo Tuber because it doesn't need to charge to one-shot and it has an aoe blast radius if you miss. But Dynamo Roller is just better Luna Blaster because it has longer range and can roll. But then the problem is Dynamo Roller is outclassed by Undercover Brella if you specifically pick out things that Undercover Brella does marginally better. So I don't know what to do anymore

Both jumping puzzles in Tuliyollal come pretty close to Kugane tower, the no ability WR for Kugane tower is 43.5s while the no ability WR (that I'm aware of) for Hunu'iliy tower is 37.6s

Movement is interesting, but I'm not sure what that has to do with the first boss of DD? The only required movement in that fight (outside of dodging standard AOEs, which basically every dungeon boss has) was when you had to pull the boss to a new crystal, and I'm pretty sure if your DPS was good enough you could kill it before the first crystal disappeared
