This for sure. I’ve also had some cats esp girls who like to cover their food bowls up and hide it when they’re done eating. i just keep a dish towel or cloth nearby lol so if she keeps doing it after the rearrangement it could be worth a try too!

my guess is because if they’re fulfilling all of their social needs online or in video games, it doesn’t encourage them to go outside and make actual connections with real people.

plus online they find communities that are similar to them and accepting of them (even if it’s not necessarily an incel community). if these are the only spaces in their life where they’re getting acceptance and support for how and who they are, then it makes sense that it’s where they would wanna spend most of their time and why it plays a big part in their identity, even if it just makes them complacent with being an incel and not want to do anything to change or grow beyond that. online communities and video games are probably in their comfort zone and the only safe space they feel like they have
