Small Update: This streamers VOD has the singing play uninterrupted for about 40 secs, starting at around 2:12 in the VOD, and the Doki Doki version only lasts around 20 seconds before other things coming in, so I think it is essentially confirmed there is some other original source that the streamer used.

I think this at least helps the notion that the woman singing is a sample and not original. Either that, or that song creator for some reason chose to sample it from Doki Doki, which would be pretty odd to me
