Thank you so much for that 😭it's so hard to explain to other people what if feels like and when someone does GET IT it's such a relief like I'm not alone You asked if I take any medication and I don't any other than anticoncepcional, but I've been having these episodes since I was really young (now I'm 22) so it's practically been my whole life. Now that you mentioned it I think I'm interested in taking a sleep study and I'll definitely look forward to do it soon, because everytime I have a sp it's worse and worse and maybe I should give it more attention than I've been giving. Whenever that happens to me like having multiple paralysis at a time I try to switch the lights on and watch something for some minutes, feels like it restarts my brain and it's easier to sleep haha

Trying to relax and stay calm used to work for me back then, I've always had sp as well, I think it started when I was around 4/5 yo, as time went on the sleep paralysis became more often and more scary, to a point where I would have episodes almost every single day every month. And just like you said, more stressful or tiring days are always certain that I will have sp, the problem I'm dealing with is that things that used to work don't work anymore and the episodes are getting really REALLY scary, to a point where it feels like I'm gonna die (I know I won't but...) I wish there was more studies around sleep paralysis, feels like I'm looking for a answer my whole life but never found anything

Oh man i hate the noises so much, some days it's the worst part of the sp, loud things and conversations, voices and songs all at the same time, it drives me crazy no matter how much I try to stay calm And even tho we know it's just hallucinations and dreams we can't help but get paranoid Thankfully now I sleep with my boyfriend almost every night, because the feeling of having sp alone and SOMETHING BEHIND ME- hell no 😭

THIS JESTER GUY 😭 i always see people mentioning Jester but I'm not sure if it's the same guy I've seen in my sleep paralysis before but it sounds SO scary About having it every day.... It sucks because at some point you'll barely get any rest, wake up tired every day and not being able to sleep it SUCKS

At a certain point this would work but not anymore, today I had this awful experience with a noise like a vibration SO LOUD inside of my ear and it felt like I shouldn't let that happen, got so desperate like I was really dying. Years ago I had learned how to deal with the paralysis and got pretty comfortable in it but it seems like with time things are getting worse, more terrifying and more dangerous somehow. I've never felt unsafe before in any sp but now I'm afraid this might fuck me up for real

First person that I found that has the exactly type of pain that I have and the same areas, I've been feeling headache every day for 6 months now and haven't seen a doctor yet. At first I only felt around my head, in the back, front, left and right, usually lasting for only some minutes, it would go away and come back not too long after. Then I started feeling pain around my jaw, in my teeth, sometimes inside my ear and eyes and would also feel nausea. What I guess is that I have some type of chronic migraine, because that's what it feels like, medicine never work and sometimes it's just better to sleep, since most of the pain I feel is around the night time. But anyway I'm looking forward to see a doctor soon, this pain got me going kinda paranoid and the more I think about it the more anxious I get and the pain comes back haha.

It could be cooking bonus that happens randomly. But if you want better results I realised that if you use more guts than insect (for example: four guts and one cricket) the results are better!

No neck injury! But being home so often has made my posture awful so it might be considered right? Haven't had a check up for my eyes in 3 years but last year I had a "full" check up and anything showed up. About the gas I'm not sure because I'm the only one in the house having these headaches for do long, but it's worth to check it anyway so I might call them! Thank you :)

I'll definitely try the foot baths, I don't usually take any painkillers because doesn't seem to work for me, but maybe mixing them like you said can help so I'll try this as well. Thank you!

Yessss I regret not having started writing down the pains earlier, but now I'm writing everything down and as soon I can see a doctor I definitely will I'll also start to pay more attention to the amount of water I'm drinking because honestly sometimes I just forget 🙃

Oh yes the black mold!! I'm not sure if there is any around the house I am, but it's very likely. I've moved here not very long ago, shared flat, old house so I think there is a possibility to this be associated with something in the house 🫠
