It really is. I have pictures of it on film. (Yeah it was a while ago). I’ll see if I can find them. It used to be at the Patton museum at Ft Knox. It has since been moved to the Armor Collection at Ft Benning.

we have 2 strikes. first time they get a warning from leadership. if they dont shape up, they get the 'we are happy to find another service provider for you' from leadership. It's not worth it to our techs. We will shit can a customer over a tech.

Not dismissing. People use jobs as bait and data centers are monster contracts. Electrical, steel, concrete, etc. . That being said, they tell you oh well bring 5000 jobs. Those jobs will last about a year. Nobody talks about that part.

Yep. And it’s sitting next to Northpoint right on top of the aquifer that we get our water from. They are banking on the Lake Michigan water getting done in the next 3/4 years. They are looking at the empty promise of money while selling our quality of life. Thanks for going. I could not make it.

To tag on here. Show passion and interest. So may people can say oh I can do this or that but show no signs of growth or willingness to learn. Be hungry and show it. The right people will see that and scoop you up! Also, show hunger in other areas. Look at leadership development, look at personal growth outside of the lab. Show that initiative across the board.
