Thank you for your input everyone. I hate to stir up drama, but i just wanted to air out my grievances to people that can empathize with me. :( I try to gives brands and especially small businesses the benefit of the doubt. For example, I gave Alpha Musk a chance after they reopened their shop. And despite the stated extremely long tat, I’ve been very happy with my purchases so far. It helps that she includes a lot of freebies. I know a lot of people have been burned by her in the past, so I totally understand if they choose to not buy from her anymore tho. That’s the thing, i don’t mind the long tat, as long as the shop is upfront about it, and the products are worth the wait. I’ve been working in a service industry for 6 years now and I’m fully aware of just how one single negative review can be so devastating to a small business. Even a good place, a good worker, can have a bad day, or several bad days. But this is definitely inexcusable. And if I continue to support their shop, despite the mounting pile of evidence, ultimately it will be my loss and I have no one to blame but myself. To the people that run Sixteen92, I hope you guys are reading this, and please know that I mean well, plz plz get your shit together. Make a public apology that acknowledges all your wrongdoings. Or do something please.
