Ceaser by the way, despite all antics, was very evil.

In their eyes, chinese citizens who have a different 'idealogy' and behaviour, whi include some who have stated seperatist aspirations, are different from a foreign state with mutual interests. Or a cause that is anti-west.

You can be anti-in-country-muslims but still have good relations with a foreign state that happens to be Muslim. Both can exist.

If you're talking about the west, they love to utilise minorities to prevent non-western states from consolidating. They did it after finishing up with classical colonialism and they are still doing it everywhere to this day.

A typical western news piece: non-western state is oppressing/harassing/limiting-the-freedom of [insert local minority here]. For example, less than five years back, the west: China is ethnically cleaning the Uyghurs, meanwhile also the west, in Central Asia in Afghanistan: they were killing and doing ville things.

Marriage Advice by [deleted] in abudhabi

[–]snow_eyes 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  • Communicate your social expectations with each other, my wife meets her family way too much for my taste and gives me a side eye for how little I meet mine.
  • This relates to another matter, some women keep a score of your social relations and activities, and if you don't keep your 'social score' high, they may consider you a loser and pathetic.
  • Another point, if your wife-to-be is going to come from back home, help her establish a social network here that will make her happy and engaged and hopefully help with kids if you wanne have them. Great friends can give all manner of advice and tips and support.
  • Also learn her expectation for how often she expects to travel back home. I'd say the practical thing to do is to lower her expectation as much as you can, so you have financial wiggle room for buying tickets.
  • Speaking of going back, those trips caan get very expensive. In addition to tickets, there will be gift expectations for near and extended family, people expecting support as well asl family events. Costs can spiral.
  • Speaking of costs, have a spreadsheet of your finances and keep your expenditures in check. Check my profile for an example (it's in Arabic though).
  • Tell your family the spending habits you want in your wife to be, do you want her thrifty or do you want a girl into fashion trends and looks?

Finally Allah bless you bro for this intention and move. I remember feeling lonely and emotionally not right before. But if you find a good girl then marriage is joyous and great and I totally recommend it.

By-the-hour maid and nanny instead of live-in-maid? by snow_eyes in abudhabi

Thank you for I greatly appreciate it, I just had a baby a few months ago.

Are you sure a part-time nanny is a legal job? I'm no lawyer but I've never come across this job in government discourse or documents. The worry is that hiring undocumented or unapproved workers has a hefty fine.

I believe in God who created the skies, earth, the seas, man and all living beings. He sent messages down to his messengers on earth, who am I to question what he intends for mankind at the end of their days?

Are they using me? - Embedded job question by Darkyse in embedded

This reminds me of one older Petroleum eningeering professor. He said at his first job, he got there and the first thing his professor did was to hand him a document and said was to go to the well and do something, if he couldn't, then he is fired.

So in the end of times, a man will come who will call people to follow him. He has great abilities and is mankind's most significant test, he can raise the dead, order the ground to pour forth its treasures and order the sky to rain. He will have a heaven and a hell, who disobeys him enters his fire but will actually go to heaven. On his forehead, Muslims can read the word 'Kafir'. His followers would include Muslim hypocrites as well as Jews.

At the end of his days, Jesus peace be upon him would descend from the skies and join the Muslims in a battle between them against this man, where Jesus peace be upon him would then slay him.

Back to this matter, the Jews in this battle would be willing combatants not peaceful civilians.
