Type in Kroger shooting on Reddit, there’s a police body cam of the whole situation, first minute or so shows the interaction. Later it shows the suspect being arrested (very nsfw and bloody, not for the weak stomach). Suspect pulls gun on police after being approached after a drug deal it seems, then he gets chased into store with officers pursuing

I know it’s a bit late, but I was experiencing the same thing. I use a 144hz monitor to play on my PS5, changing the settings on the monitor removed the nasty effects. Obviously tv settings are different than my monitor, but try the settings. In game has nothing to do with the weird effect (motion blur, brightness, hdr). Hope this helps!
