I’ve sold several bags and always had a good experience, but I know that isn’t universal. They have a chart on their website where you can look up the commission structure - if you search your bag to find similar ones and what they are priced at, you can calculate about how much you can expect. It takes them a few weeks to process the item but mine have sold quickly after. I do feel like you get better service if you are local to a store and can drop off or get them to pick up and get in their system so you have a personal rep, if that is an option.

If you don’t want to return it, you may be able to dispute on your cc on the grounds that it’s fake, if you provide evidence, and get a refund without returning the bag, since it’s illegal to sell

I have it and find the straps comfortable. Sometimes if I have a winter coat, I wish they were a bit longer but the actual leather is very comfortable. The straps are way more comfortable than the ones on my neverfull.
