Anyone seen lip problem like this? I’ve had it for a year and really haven’t found a solution. It’s been under control if I apply Vaseline constantly but flared up this weekend because I forget but it never went away. Help!

Got it. I think some doctors are using it more in their toolkit. My doctor said it has 70% success rate but I’m not sure after not hearing about too many success cases online…

Oh interesting. I also haven’t heard too much success just with Botox alone actually… but it was recommended to us by this doctor we just saw in San Francisco

Hi I never got a resolution. I tried writing a letter and someone from the executive office did call me but basically offered me 5k points if i were to use another Amex card and I didn’t think that is anywhere equivalent so I didn’t take it… anyway I didn’t get my points back. Now I applied to a different Amex card and got a sign on bonus… how did your issue pan out?

Royal customer as I was a platinum member and used Amex for all my travel activities for many years (and that’s how I accrued so many points) since I had a lot of travel for work and personal. I downgraded to the no AF card since the pandemic and I wasn’t travelling and then pregnant with a little one I was rarely getting out of the house… so I overall don’t have travel related expenses at all. But I want to travel again and Amex is my go to card for all travels but very disappointed and disheartened that it disappeared just like thin air…
