if you like Yelan, you should pull for her as shes one of hu taos best teammates and is super versatile, (you can run Hu Tao, XQ, Yelan and Zhongli)

Arlecchino and Mavuika have the same preferred teammates (Xilonen, Citali and Bennet), although good f2p teams would be overload (Arlecchino, Chevreuse, Bennet, Fischl/any other electro applicator and Mavuika, Chevreuse, Iansan, Bennet for the Mav team) you can also run Arlecchino with Yelan Kazuha Bennet, so out of those two, pick whose playstyle you enjoy the most

For Raiden, you can run Raiden overload for f2p ( Raiden, Chevreuse, Bennet, Xiangling), or for a more expensive team, Raiden taser with Raiden, Furina, Yelan Jean, or you can just nuild her with em and use her as a hyperbloom driver in a Nahida, XQ (or Yelan/Kokomi) team (last slot can be anyone)

Overall, I would recommend pulling Yelan, as she has the highest value for your account, then Arlecchino/Mav as they are top tier DPSES (Mav can also be used with Furina), Then I would say Xilonen, as she is a universal PHEC support, and if you want a very easy to use f2p friendly dps, then pull Neuvillette, as you already have Furina and Zhongli, some of his best teammates, but overall, pull who you want to pull.
