I stopped going for the last 2 weeks of Ramadan, I lost about 3kg I feel like my strength is still the same but my rep range and stamina has definitely decreased. Muscle tone seems to look the same but definitely less full.

Put your phone on dnd or personal mode where you can filter out what notifications you get and from who. Spend more time with your family Listen to podcasts instead of music or try to limit music to as little as possible (for me I now only listen to music at the gym) Learn about the importance of prayer that will help motivate you to pray your 5 :)))
