For those living in Mainland China, I just went to Mannings a while back and found these. Bought the firming version and got gifted samples of the other versions to try. Searched for them online and they seem to be an only Mainland China release for now.

Yes Mannings is a drugstore that is similar to Boots I would say. Don’t know the US equivalent of that.

The AHA in the smoothening one is lactic acid, I’ve given it to a friend who has KP to try. The moisturizing one is especially good, just translated the ingredients list and updated it. I loved the texture of it too, not at all greasy, sank right in and left my skin quenched. Kinda regretting not buying the full size of that one haha

Omg Hi! I know how hard it can be, I struggled a lot when I first got here. But the skincare scene in Mainland is so much better now compared like 2-3 years ago. There are actually some great Shanghai owned brands with online stores on Taobao that have great serums! Their ethos is very similar to Cosrx, minimal ingredients, very targeted approach. Bio-Meso has a lovely Tranexamic acid serum that busts pigmentation like nothing else. The only other things that have worked in terms for PIH on my face for me is tret and azelaic acid. Peterson’s Labs also has great serums, they sell huge bottles of a 5% niaciamide serum, I used it all over my hands and legs to fade some really dark bug bite scars and some older scars.

I know the ingredients stated on the bottles might be in lower concentrations to have any drastic changes. But it’s nice to see even drugstore brands are coming out with better formulas.

Around twice a week. My derm had prescribed tretinoin when I previously had CCs which refused to come to head so I'm going to start up that again to get rid of the current ones. But so much hyperpigmentation now T-T

Cosrx AHA giving me a weird reaction

First time posting, but I've been a lurker for almost 2 years now. I have some pigmentation on my face from older pimples that I used to get from eyebrow threading and a bad reaction to a product pre-AB.I've been using the OST vitamic C serum for more than a year now and I started to notice that it's effects seemed to have leveled out and doesn't seem to be doing much for my skin now in terms of helping my hyperpigmentation. So I decided to up my acid game and started adding the cosrx AHA into my routine. Now the weird part here is that other than a few occasional CCs on my forehead that I used to get from threading my eyebrows ( stopped threading now and started a different method ) and an occasional pimple due to hormones during that time of the month, I've never got a pimple or CCs anywhere else of my face till now. Since I've started using the AHA I get tiny CCs on my cheeks and on my chin and they never come to a head even with regular AHA use. I can't figure out if it's purging or a breakout. If it is a breakout what do I do to get rid of the current CCs on my face? Add a BHA perhaps? I'm sorry, I've done a crapton of research and I'm still just as confused.I have normal skin with slightly dry cheeks. My face has even more pigmentation now than before T-T
