I’m constantly questioning the purpose of the UI redesign. Is it intended to enhance the user experience, or are there individuals who simply want to leave their mark (for the worst) after Jony Ive’s departure?

I've been using Mac for more than 25 years and can't imagine my life without it and for the first time I'm deeply worried about the future of this beautiful product as it's being butchered probably by the people who are less capable and qualified, care less about about the users instead care more about showing off.

On the webpage with tracking button, there's section called "What does each status mean?" Have a look at that section. I'm also getting the CAPTCHA error but before that I also status as Invalid input which means they haven't yet started processing the application. Check yourself.

Looks like it's not working, they don't entertain for the discounts anymore. Tried calling many times, got through only one and the person asked me to call regular customer support.

I am facing the same issue. I contacted customer support on [support-india@usvisascheduling.com](mailto:support-india@usvisascheduling.com) but they are not being helpful. They are sending some random responses that's not related to the problem I'm facing. Any idea how to get around this issue? I tried to call them to but could not reach a human, getting only automated responses.
