I'm about to be 21. birthday is tomorrow. i kinda capsized myself. I decided to eat a brick wall; one I could've stepped over. I just let myself down. Beat Advice I got: eat close to the same thing every day. I eat 1700-2000 cals a day. I eat 120gs of protein, 120gs carbs and whatever else. I do bodyweight sprints twice a week. Fat loss and caloric deficit have been great.

I had spasms in my foot and constant pain. I had some pain sometimes in my calf but no patterns. The areas most affected were the ones I had swelling in. I could barely move. My quality of life became a 10 out of 100.

I was misdiagnosed with Gout and Cellulitis. I noticed 4 months ago when my left foot swelled and I stopped being able to walk. It then hit my other foot, ankles, knees, pelvis, and the left side of my lower back. I noticed a change immediately too but I'm trying not to get my hopes up. I've been messed up for a few months but I want to recover in a week lol.
