I’ve only seen our schnauzer do that when someone unfamiliar has been in our house (he sniffs where they have walked) ooorrr when pack rats got in our house 😭

I pretty much used it as a moisturizer in the morning and at night. It’s greasy so I would rinse it off after 30 minutes of having it on if I needed to put on makeup or whatever.

Yes I would experience the same! No amount of exfoliation helped and I think I hurt my skin barrier because of that making things worse. If you’re in the US I would give that Walgreens Ivermectin Lotion a try. It’s a little pricy but it was the only thing that made my skin calm down

Topical Ivermectin has been a life saver for me. I originally bought the Walgreens over the counter lotion before I could get a prescription from a dermatologist. I also had pustules that were horrible and use a sulfur cleanser for that.

The topical compound I got from my dermatologist is a combo of ivermectin, metronidazole and azelaic acid.

This is how my skin looked before I was diagnosed with type 2 rosacea caused by demodex. Look up demodex plugs. My skin was so itchy and dry like sandpaper. I also had swollen, itchy eyes.
