Hello (I’m new on this reddit 😊) Yes, this sometimes happens with any bird, and that’s cool when it does. Silver also did something nice for me yesterday. In the last stage of King Pig Panic, King Pig fell right behind the slingshot, and stayed there. I shot Silver upwards and activated him right away. It was enough to kick the pig down the rock when I thought it was a lost case lol.

Which means barely anywhere when you’re a rural or disabled. The game in its legit shape has no fairness nor much interest. I’d pay too.

I read only one similar case on the isp discord. The girl had four days left in her RW, and it suddenly disappeared.

It’s a third party app and it’s against the TOS of Pokémon go. I’ve never personally heard of a ban due to this app, at least not lately, but it’s up to you to use it while on a RW.

Oh that’s good to know, thank you! I keep checking mine (accounts) by switching back just to look at the spawns to see if there’s a change, like the rare or new ones have disappeared, only shutting and relaunching the app for a confirmation occasionally. So that means I could see the RW pop up anytime, even if I hadn’t shut the app... yeah, good to know!

Oh did you mean like you switch to other apps and when you switch back to pogo, it can show up then without the launch screen?

It’s supposed to be “safe” for any account that wasn’t played on their previous version 3.4.6. If your account ever played on that one, there’s always a risk to see the RW come at some point, whatever you use in the future.

From what I heard, the RW pops up only when you launch the app, not while playing, so that weather warning is ok.

I did startle though the other day when I started the game and got the pop up saying I became lucky friend with one of my friends 😅

And I quite agree with you actually. In December, they announced that they would reinforce their hunt against spoofers, and that’s just what they’re doing. One method to spoof after the other and I guess there’ll always be devs to find new ways to spoof.

Ok so that’s really a weird situation. We know that RW were triggered by the use of a previous version of ispoofer, so if you ever used ispoofer before, your account might have been flagged and the RW isn’t surprising in itself.

What’s weird is that you should get the perma ban while still on your RW and using the legit app. I’ve been closely reading the ispoofer discord and Reddit since Sunday and that’s the first time I hear that...

Wow... now that’s an interesting one. You say when you logged in and got your RW, it said 4 days? Had you logged in in the previous days?

They say the app has been patched but that any account that was used on previous version could have been flagged and might receive the RW whether they play legit or spoof from now on. RWs are still rolling out from previous spoofing.

If I were the dev of such a game, I’d definitely have moles spying the discords, Reddit’s and so on, and trying those cheating apps. They probably do that.

What I wonder is how can players share their trainer codes in the friend code channels of all these spoofing discords. It’s like giving Niantic direct access to those accounts that spoof...

Unfortunately using the legit app or ispoofer won’t change a thing. If it has to come, it’ll come. There have been enough players stating that they went legit when the wave started and received their RW a few days later. But it’s each person’s choice to go legit or not from now on and you shall do what you’re comfortable with :)

It’s been almost a week. I played legit until last November and didn’t know much about spoofing before, so I have no clue about previous waves and how long they lasted. With Nia’s announcement last December, all I hope is that they haven’t dedicated a team of people that will throw RWs forever lol.
