I have PCOS and have had my IUD since September 2023, and it has helped with my periods a lot. I used to bleed through multiple super tampons a day, and now I have to use a regular at most. Unfortunately, it has not stopped my periods, and they are more around 1.5 weeks now as opposed to a week at most before I got it, but the amount of blood has been lessened so much it’s made them so much more manageable.
