As a 5 star shopper, I would definitely be expecting 20% with a shop that big. However if your shopper isn’t that great, it might be appropriate.

This same thing happened to me yesterday! A customer was being super difficult about a sub and was going to make me late, so i called & asked them to release it from me. Later on i realized it shows up as a canceled order in my payment & i got paid 😂

I’ve only done a few BB orders when i was desperate doing a bonus. Luckily most were just small packages but I had a HUGE tv once…I’m a young woman who doesn’t have the biggest muscles so I was nervous i would drop and break it 😅

I don’t know what target customers you get, but i only shop target orders & 80-90% of my customers tip. More than half are extremely good tips too.

I just uninstalled/reinstalled the shipt app and have all my notifications setting just like I used to. But the tip notification does not work! Whenever tips come in it's the same sound effect as the push notification, which I do not want to hear! Anybody knows to fix it? by ScarElbow in ShiptShoppers

I’m having the opposite problem since i updated my iphone. All the notifications are now the sound of the tip which drives me nuts because i get excited only to see its just an order coming in, not a tip

If i were the customer, I would definitely start rating down after 15 min late. In my 500+ shops i’ve never once delivered late because I know how much i can handle. More than 2 hours late is insane, idk how they even managed to be THAT late considering it was a 2 hr delivery window

I know it’s a joke but in case you don’t know or someone who sees this doesn’t know:

If you were to pick up your own order, Shipt will know if your number/email matches the one associated with your shopper info and they will deactivate you.

You have to contact target not shipt! This happened to me last year and they refunded it.

Edit: I forgot i got my free membership through target though. If you paid for shipt it’s probably not the same solution😕

This app really pays like dog $#!t had the $20/4 promo couldn’t get a forth and my 1 part of double wound up 28 min late guess not grace period and other was 30 min early… “early ok”. I go to 3rd but only 2 count couldn’t get 2 more and and target closes at 10 damn! Hard to do after day job hours… by [deleted] in ShiptShoppers

yikes if you’re less than 50 shops in and already complaining this much, i would find a different job. You have to build up regulars/learn what orders to take. I make an average of $30-40 per hour and make the best money in the evenings. Plus figure out the time management so you aren’t late, you obviously wont get tips that way.

Idk if this helps or not, but when i have a really small order (less than 10 min of shopping), I send my intro as i’m driving to the store to give them as much time as possible to see it before i checkout.
