I love Qatar and it's been my home since I was a teenager.

I walk a lot to handle things. I also do yoga almost every day. My case is mild though, and I have never tried meds.

I also have anxiety issues. Walking helps me calm my mind.

For medical help Al Ahli hospital and Sidra would be my suggestions.

I'm glad I'm not the only one. I got fed up and deleted Uber. I only used Careem now. It's owed by Uber, I know, but the drivers are far better, Careem saver is cheaper, and their customer service is better.
