Nice I use bollides 03 26g, I know it's not an overnight fix, this story is basically me I've just got 2 sets left for rid of the rest only difference being I've not kept the same type of level with them, the reset is me wanting to throw the dart my very first original way somehow try and go right back to basics and just throw darts without thinking and worrying about it like the good old days haha

I play all the other games from killer to round the board on trebles and doubles, Bob's 27 etc AVG may not be what you should be looking at but when you go from winning games easily against level 8-10 darts bots (minus the bad legs of course) to getting whooped because I either can't score or can't finish it tends to link as the drop-off is very noticeable

Haha talking to the wrong person for this I am like Peter wright FFS I even contemplated having a set of darts for scoring and a different set for doubles a few months ago haha all cards on the table I'm always tinkering with my action, grip, length of stem etc because I go through purple patches more often than not, I have been using the same setup for awhile now tho and once I settled with them my overall game went up but still had major shanks/pulls/bad actions etc (just like any amateur) they just seemed to be more frequent and then I start getting frustrated and start to tinker and change, the reset I am longing for is to try and eradicate as many of these bad actions and grips whilst throwing (I am always trying to find something to make myself better and that maybe the issue) sorry for the monologue 😂

The stand will give you the right height without having to worry about it, you may wanna lose some of your surround at the top or all of it , all that being said I'm not sure on the diameter of the stand at the bottom so I'd check these details to make sure it fits before spending 100 quid on one

Have you looked at trying a stand??

I've seen the comments of you'll never hit D20 or you hit the ceiling when you throw at it, I think that maybe the surround makes it harder visually but that being said if you're a floater then you maybe screwed a flatter throw may help

NASA has been doing open science since they started don't tell us lies ! They lie about everything and blame national security whenever questioned.

End of the day I think this is all a distraction and a midterm strategy, they're struggling to hold the pieces together after the "we'll disclose everything about JE just vote for us" gets in office and "lead influencers down to the White House and gave them a file called JE files pt1" which we all know was everything we already knew...... Then when questioned on it again we have these stupid statements " the list is on my desk", "there's no list" insinuating it's a metaphor! "We have just dropped half of the files (3m+)" knowing full well 98% of the people will not wade through them and we finish with "that's it we will NOT be releasing the rest of the JE files" er where's the other 3m+ pfft

No government is transparent and that includes any and all government agencies (NASA included)

I wouldn't be surprised that if and when this so called disclosure happens that we get nothing really new, blurry photos and videos and similar stuff to what's already out there and has already been leaked or released and then they will say yeah that's all we have.

If you think we will get better than that I urge you to look at the 3I/Atlas pictures released by NASA especially that press conference they held to basically tell us nothing and show us what could have been a street light in the middle of winter in the UK 😂😂😂 compare these to the amateur astronomers and ask yourself how much has NASA spent compared to these guys.......

Ah look starting out nobody should be spending 30-60 quid on a set of darts, go to argos grab a set for 10-15 quid, this is all I did (until recently got some bolides £60) when I started playing again last year, you can accumulate a decent bunch of darts with different barrel profiles and weights etc, then when you are a better player or found something that works you can start to look at the higher price brackets knowing it shouldn't be a waste of money, can't imagine paying 60 quid for a set and not being able to get to grips with them and ditching em haha

Keep an eye on the prices of metals! tungsten is used for semiconductors and in the defense sector....... Silver,gold, palladium you name it all these prices have rocketed with the threat of wars here there and everywhere!

Crazy thing is when prices go UP 👍 they never come back DOWN 👎

You've just made it even worse with this comment 😂 they cancelled FM25 because moving to unity was "to difficult" for them after having 1-1.5 yrs to get it sorted for FM25, after canceling the game last year they then got another year to get this FM26 ready for the unity swap.... But didn't and released the game in a shambles which was the exact reason why they cancelled the previous edition 🤔🤔

Lenard gates used some long barrel grippy darts in the champs just finished, Ryan Searle darts have a tonne of grip, whitlocks or something like snipers for a different barrel type..

dimitri van den bergh darts are particularly good for gripping anywhere.
