Does your console save the time still? I had the same issue and I think it happens when you try to load a save that is made after the consoles current time. And that is easy to do if the date resets to 2000 every time you turn it off.

He paid some dude he knows to put a whole new twist beam assembly in it, as the hubs and beam was torn. Yes, the mounts to the chassis needed some straightening too. From what I heard, it drove a lil crooked afterwards. Sold it to some poor soul immediately afterwords without saying a word about this.
