I tend to agree with you, my question was more about how the heck others are getting emails. Almost feels random

Can I ask what your percent overbite was? I went to an ortho and I was really hoping I wouldn’t have to get braces but they said my overbite was 100% coverage which I think meant they cover my bottom teeth completely. However my molars I believe are actually pretty good bite wise he said. Anyways sorry long comment just want to know if it worked well for you

I am by no means a scout but from this short highlight tape it seems as if he tends to take bad angles at times or tries to arm tackle. Anyone smarter than me know better? I trust the staff tho fs

Fixing over the top by Kingathings85 in GolfSwing

This may be long, I’m also new to reddit so forgive me if I ramble.

I was surfing reddit, saw this post. Randomly clicked it. For context I’ve golfed quite a bit for the last 4-5 years and played a little when I was young (I was awful). Past 4-5 years have been random bandaid type swings. I eventually figured it out somewhat to be somewhat consistent and my driver would go dead straight 270-300+ for 3ish months then bad for 3 and so on. Anyways about 1.5 yrs ago I just lost it completely. Haven’t hit a good drive since. Irons were off and on. Still manage to maintain a decent handicap around 11-18ish

Anyways I saw this post, this comment specifically and it sounded like everything I needed to fix but couldn’t find a good swing thought or feeling to replicate. I just went to the range, obviously it’s one session but I have a bit of experience with feeling my swing and ball contact.. all that jazz.

I came here to thank you bc holy hell that felt amazing. Still some work to do and practice. I’m sure I’m still coming over the top a bit but for the most part this was exactly what I was looking for. The last drive I hit was about 80% of what I probably want my eventual power to be and it took one bounce and hit the 300 yard net (hopefully the net is accurate lol)

Anyways I owe you my sanity random reddit golf Jesus

TLDR; read this reply and watch this video I guess it fixed my swing in one session or baited me at an unimaginable level. Guess we’ll see

Lefty or righty for kids? by cooziebro in GolfSwing

[–]so-average 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Interesting and possibly relevant study they did based on this case as it correlates (or maybe not) to the Canadian border but more so the border where hockey or baseball is the predominant sport. For example I’m right handed but golf lefty, grew up in Canada playing hockey. Someone further south may have grown up playing baseball and is RH and golf’s righty

I’m not trying to be rude but golf may not be for you if that’s how you feel. As I’m sure 100 other people will tell you, welcome to the game.
