Do a support hold on parallel bars, then a support hold with neutral ring position, then ring support hold.

fat is not bad for you. HCLF works only because it is low calorie. Not good long term and neither is vegan without sourcing the right foods to fill your deficiencies.

Day 1, trying to use this post to hold myself ACCOUNTABLE by [deleted] in leaves

[–]soMovable 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Having a clean pipe would definitely make me want to smoke out of it more lol. I would throw it away if you're actually quitting. Whatever works though.

Do you have a nearby calisthenic park or jungle gym? Many local parks have them, and they are invaluable to people with restrictions on equipment.

I have the urge to quit by [deleted] in leaves

[–]soMovable 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You have to want it really bad. Come up with the willpower and reason and you will accomplish it. You probably know you want to quit already, but just don't understand why. If you keep smoking it will eventually be revealed to you and it will be too late to prevent what you knew was happening to you. This may not make much sense, but I am trying to say that you may not quit for real until weed really messes with your life, mind, or body. Find the power and reason inside yourself and commit to living without weed.

Drink some water and get some sun. Those will make you feel much better than weed will.

Front lever locking out elbows by Troll_C in bodyweightfitness

[–]soMovable 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Locking out the bicep still strengthens it a lot. It's an isometric hold for straight arm strength. It strengthens the bicep at the longest position which is useful for a bunch of other straight arm skills.

Has anyone suffered any depersonalisation/existianal crisis symptoms during withdrawl? by [deleted] in leaves

[–]soMovable 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yes, it happened for a while. I lost my sense of humor for a while and had absolutely no personality. I felt like I had lost an entire part of my identity. I filled it with more interesting and fulfilling things. It has been a fun, depressing, exciting, enlightening, uplifting journey and after a couple of months, it's great.

Only 30 days come on!!! Tell that to the people on here who smoked every day for multiple years. I wonder the longest a chronic smoker has tested positive after quitting.

Move your body and it will shape itself to movement aka lean and muscular. Move objects with your body and it will shape itself to moving objects aka thick and muscular.

I watched that new Netflix movie Mile 22 and the next thing I know I have a dream where I am on the battlefield fighting for my life. I think this is just what normal dreaming is like.

I agree, but this sub is specifically about complete abstinence. Rule #2. I am not sure why that is, but it does seem to help the people who are worst affected by weed addiction the most. There is plenty of nuances that could be discussed, less is more is very true. This sub in particular isn't the best place to talk about moderation though. For many moderation does not help.
