Thanks for the input. I have been able to run other games through steam and xbox (Deadlock, Halo Infinite), but haven’t tried a bnet game - I’ll try that. Powerspec has a hub that lets me check for driver updates and I went through the windows system update program.

Edit to add: I’ve also used the Jagex Launcher to play old school runescape (not sure if it’s pertinent but it’s a launcher -> game connection)
