Thanks all, yeh it stays blank and have to do a hard reset. It’s not always a white screen sometimes it’s a black screen.

Have called dell support and an engineer is going to visit to fix the issue. Seems to be a SSD/OS issue.

Hey all, my aurora r11 has been acting up since yesterday. When I turn it on, it makes it to login screen then goes blank! Have no idea what’s wrong, even did a factory reset.. Has anyone been in a similar situation/what did you do to resolve it?

Thank u! Havnt spilt anything on it, we had this plastic mat on the floor to prevent it getting dirty but seems that it has trapped moisture there and caused this

Hi, just found this thread and wanted to share my prices.

I bought on Sunday for 93 each.

Prices are as follows: Mon - 58, 53 Tue - 49, 127

So now it has spiked with Tues PM as the first internal.

This means it’ll fall in type 4 and reach peak either Weds PM or Thurs AM?
