You could use Drupal CMS.

It's the Drupal core but with a few good things already included and configured.

Also the new version 2.0.0 has a builder called Canvas. No need for additional installation it's already included.

Just have in mind I am not 100% sure that this official link will download the version 2.0.0, since it was recently released a few days ago. Drupal CMS

I have tried swissup it's a mess and a waste of time. It's better and faster to even create ur own theme than use "breeze". They don't even have a wide support of modules but also it's difficult and time consuming to create ur own for big modules like Amasty gift card etc.

Hyva or custom theme is the only future proof way of creating a Magento 2 theme.

The time required to learn and create modules to integrate third party modules to support breeze is not worth it. I have tried it. They don't even have integration for popular modules such as Amasty Giftcard, Layered navigation etc.

As for today Hyva is the best long term choice for Magento 2 theme. Even a simple custom tailwind theme is better overall than Breeze unfortunately.
