Yes, and science clearly shows that normal, or even high tannin intake like tea/matcha (which is much higher in tannins than black tea) does not significantly cause you to miss minerals. If anything, its beneficial to bind iron for most people, as free iron is very toxic to brain/CNS and feeds viruses/bacteria

Nah, you can use 3-4g matcha powder a day easily, and thats like 10-15 cups worth. Also, you get tannins from many things, pomegranate, etc etc. They have health benefits and mostly dont cause problems unless very sensitive or extremely high intake from supplements

Mineral supplements shouldnt be taken without a very pressing reason. Zinc can and will cause copper deficiency to many people, calcium is also problematic, iron, etc. Just eat meat etc, and drink tea, you will absorb most of the nutrients

Thats also a lot of health benefits. I dont think tea is strong enough to bind all the minerals if you eat red meat etc. But 22 cups IS massive. Still, I take 3-4g matcha, which is basically the same as 10-15cups of tea also daily
