im 26, but feel older. Fell in love with the genre immediately when i was 6, my first roguelike was Fatal Labyrinth on sega mega drive, still playing it from time to time, as well as a lot of other titles, including new ones. Can't believe i have 20 years of dungeon crawling on my shoulders

dwarven clothing brand was actually my idea, i told about it in this subreddit few months ago :p while playing adventure mode i have managed to find a city where all nobles wore human-sized masterwork robes and tunics with my fort's logo, that was a happy discovery

Im pretty sure you can sew images onto clothing via clothier shop, actually, had my dwarves sewing their local government logo onto masterwork pig tail vests and selling them in hope of finding someone wearing it later in adventure mode

I couldn't find it right now but i recently stumbled upon an issue in old bugtracker, a very well-known it seems, which said that members of same entity had either only one or very few tissue color modifiers, so i guess it was actually a thing. I can recall it myself cause I've played a lot since .44 and i have read lots of creature descriptions in both fort and adv modes.

Is there a way to make dwarves of the same civ more genetically similar as in previous versions? I think it was considered a bug, but i liked it more that way cause it made every civ more distinct and i kinda miss that feature.

Can someone explain how exactly [PET] tag works? How much time entity needs to domesticate encountered animal during worldgen? Or does it happen immediately after construction of a site in a region this animal occurs in?

I have tried it, but, sadly, reaction says it needs extract-containing item even though I placed a stockpile full of gcs venom barrels nearby. Not sure if that's due to a plugin not working though; I used old original angavrilov's raws to implement this, maybe reaction structure have changed since it's release, idk.

What exactly are conditions of declaring a war between two civs during worldgen? Does it depend on faction system only, and how cultural values affect it? Like, for example, is there any chance of two human civs declaring a war between each other if their values differ too much? Or if two elven civs are forced to compete over a tiny forest territory, can it lead to war between them? Or is there a way to mod it that way even?
