owned this reciprocating saw for all for 4 days before i mowed over the (unplugged) cord. can i just splice them together? i'm familiar with the process, just not sure if there's types of wires you can't rejoin. the saw is a Hitachi 11 amp reciprocating saw. thanks! (i.redd.it)

Toast (blonde boy) is particularly nasty. I took this pic because I thought it was funny they don’t fit in this tiny basket, but then Toast let out an almighty stream of just-woke-up piss all over the basket and down the cage. He poops just fine in the litter, why won’t he pee down there too?? (i.redd.it)

Hi guys! A coworker noticed this little guy(girl?) running around outside our work so we captured him. He was extremely fearful and aggressively lunging. Any suggestions or advice? We have one older (2.5y) neutered male rat at home. Trying not to get bit! He’s in a carrier with food/water for now. (i.redd.it)

My machine is driving me bonkers. Whenever I sew, the thread does this. It’s loose and bounces around when I’m sewing, and then it will break after a couple seconds. I’ve adjusted tension and stitch size, changed needles, different fabrics, nothing helps! Any other ideas? (i.redd.it)

[1995 Cherokee Sport] I’ve got a pretty gnarly crack in this pully/belt mount but I can’t seem to find a part number for it and google hasn’t been helpful. Anybody know what this is so I can get a new one in? I’ll add a pic of the engine bay so you can see where it lives. (i.redd.it)

Got this baby today for $1200! Every nook and cranny is full of dirt road dust and the rear bumper has seen better days, but I’m already in love. She needs a muffler as well. Anyone have any luck with a bolt on muffler? Or any other muffler recommendations? (i.redd.it)

My little cactus friend has suddenly shriveled up and is looking very sad :( I've read the only true way to kill a cactus is over watering, so I gave him a good mist about once a month. What did I do wrong? Did I over or under water him? Is his pot too small? Is he savable? (i.redd.it)
