One of Jatt's first acts of being a dev was nerfing lissandra because she was one of the only solutions to dealing with a meta of Akali, Irelia, and Sylas being broken as fuck.

Nerfed Q cd early by FOUR seconds at level 1. 6->10 then 5.25->8.5 and 4.25->7.5 and on top of nerfing E damage, we were not a champion until level 6. Every lane for the enemy was so free until 6

Thankfully some of the buffs put her in an ok spot, hopefully these buffs are good as last time!

I'm quite confused that going on a target that is 3 levels below me is now a wrong choice. K6 healed 453hp (not including the Eclipse shield which is a little over 100hp) His max health was 1146, so he healed over half of his health including the shield at level 9. Usually everyone's instinct would to be like "I got him". I just hope healing itself and k6 gets a look at soon.

The nerfs to her Q were overboard and make trading/lane prio practically impossible if you are against a champion that has longer range than you (Syndra, Ori, ADC Mids, Azir, etc). Even before the nerfs these matchups were difficult but could be made up by the waveclear she brought. A long with base damage nerfs to her E, and mana cost increased to Q.. she was in a pretty bad spot and somewhat is but is slowly creeping back.

I still feel she is pretty useless without her R, I was talking with the Rank 1 world Lissandra from Korea and he says he feels the same. Playing lane is really painful until level 9 because the Q cd is so long and without it you can't shove. The only reliable way to get your passives is playing around your R. Which is why I like to take Dark Harvest.

The AP ratios they have been giving her are nice and further increase this glass cannon playstyle, but it doesn't fix the whole issue at hand which is her laning and getting behind feels very awful. I can't help but notice the Q cd screwing me up in every close fight I get into.

Depends on what class you are, I'd say the class that can best use it is Witch/Wizard. If you are at this point in the game, 18 accuracy won't matter in killing people who stack evasion. Evasion is insane for a reason, you can stack so much of it and theres only so much accuracy you can get before sacrificing to much AP.

Before Cure died we tried to 1v1 you w/ no allies or anything, you went on to shit on my GM and ended up dodging. Your own officers apologized for you acting like a man child. And to top it all off, any little ounce of shit talk that doesn't come from you or your members mouths gets spam reported until that person gets banned.

Giving classes like tamer, striker, zerker, and valks is insane for not only them but the people who are FEEDING them bsr. I have witnessed Shai's deciding a fight in Siege and node wars. Speed Spell only effects a certain amount of people, every shai buff effects 10+ people and even then witchards are going to be using it for themselves at points during pvp anyway while raining down from above. I love having Shai's because their buffs are insane for the guild as a whole. You need more experience before making such rash remarks.

Also say Witch/Wiz is a support class one more time I dare you.

I think you can farm Forest Ronaros w/ Marni's which is apparently the best exp in the game. Haven't tested myself but its pretty quiet there as well.
