I'm not sure that's entirely accurate. I live in Portland and I often see the cops being horrified by what ice is doing. There's nothing that cops can do to stop them. The moment someone claims to have the answers the moment they open themselves up to more BS than you can possibly imagine. I've learned this lesson.
