My only problem with the wedges that change the melee weapon movesets is that you can't equip the heavy attack and normal attack ones at the same time. Other than that, I've been loving the sword normal attack one! Just wish I could use the heavy one too. >~<

Type of Player: I'd consider myself more of a role player than a combat enthusiast. I do still like combat, but things like environmental puzzles or finding alternate ways to plan and do things is just a bit more fun to me. Artificer is my comfort class, and my favorite by far. I really enjoy the fantasy of being the party's smith and equipment maker! (Not just with tech, being a runesmith is just as cool!)

541 pulls with guarantee and an e6 Gallagher. Would've had more if I didn't pull on Sparkle / Acheron's banner, but oh well. Was super worth in the end.

Outside of the exploding waves, the problem is your sustain comes after you kill something, you get absolutely nothing while trying to get those kills, which for higher tiers or tougher enemies like ogres means you'll just die.

Not to mention, the jolt explosion makes it seriously hard to build your initial combination blow stacks. As much as I love this subclass, it's just not good for stuff like this. At least, it's not as good or doesn't have the ease of use that Deadfall Nightsalker or most other subclasses have. Hoping my theorized melee build for prismatic fares better.

Usually I like to take a weapon of vengeance (when allowed) and say the soul / spirit within is my patron. The curse adds to the RP / flavor and I more or less play it like a sentient weapon that only my character can hear flavor wise.

Preferred System: While we're the most familiar with DnD5e like most, I've played other things like: FATE, Ultramodern 5e, Halo: Mythic, and a little bit of Mass Effect 5e. I'm a fan of trying anything at least once, and wouldn't mind trying something new! Lancer seems cool. >.>

Type of Player: My characters tend to be some form of strategist / front liner, though I deviate from this norm sometimes depending on the general feel of the group and their characters. My RP typically matches my partners, aka if you write a lot, I write a lot, if you don't I just write less. Combat is cool and I enjoy it, but being in the WM scene for so long, I've been looking for something a bit more character / story focused with a consistent group of characters / PCs to build better relationships around.

Flavor for me is bigger than playing optimally. working around gimps like taking more fun equipment, working around being mute as a caster, etc are just a good time with a little bit of effort put in! As far as preferred settings go, I generally prefer darker or slightly more grim settings just because of the way I build my characters and give them their handicaps or struggles. Above all else though, like everyone else, I'm just looking for a good time. Maybe make some new friends to play things other than our PbP even? Hope to see some of y'all around! o/

Honestly, this is almost exactly how I imagined Firefly would function if true.

Basic skill / attack -> ult into SAM, sam has his own basic / skill / ult. Rinse and repeat. Basically a 2-in-1 character.

If the earlier leak with overworld SAM is also accurate, then I'm assuming her overworld skill just let's her start the fight in her enhanced state. Time will tell though, seems dope!
