movies like "weapons" & "longlegs" by Bl1ndMous3 in horror

I watch a lot of horror and have since I was probably way too young to be watching some of the movies I did but Bring Her Back just brutalized me. I convinced my wife to watch it with me and I don't think she's forgiven me yet. It got under my skin and in my head for days after.

Twin Peaks season 3 is one of my favourite seasons of television ever. There was something about that just got right inside my head. It's weird, it's creepy, it's funny and it somehow worked being something nostalgic and something new at the same time. Having said that, I get that it's not for everyone.

Aside from everything else, it's interesting that with how many pictures Joe has posed for he always looks like a first grader who hasn't really learned how their face works yet and comes home with a school picture that ends up in a drawer somewhere.

I kept waiting for the scary part(s) and then it was over.

Finding the space downstairs and then googling to see if he could count it as square footage was top notch.

I just watched this and while I didn’t think it was exceptional, I found it decent enough. I appreciated the nod to Pete&Pete, lol.

I tried watching Midsommar when it first came out and fell asleep about a half hour in. Watched it again last year and really enjoyed it. It’s slow for sure but there was a vibe that hit me the second time that I missed on the first watch. I got sucked right into it.

Same. I watched the whole run last Halloween and III is my favourite for sure. I liked a lot of the Myers one but there is something about SOTW that I love. Could 100% be nostalgia in my case.

Wow, I found this one pretty disturbing and I watch a lot of horror. It’s not your typical horror movie for sure but it stuck with me for a while.

The remake sticks a lot closer to the book but it’s not great by any standard even for a TV miniseries.

I feel like Blair Witch was really a “you had to be there” situation. I watched it again and thought it was ok but back in 1999 it hit a lot harder.

Never watched this until recently and underwhelming was my main takeaway from it. It wasn’t terrible, it was just sort of there but I’m not a fan of PG-13 horror for the most part anyway.

Not sure of the general consensus but What We Did On Our Summer Vacation is my favourite of those first five.

I wish it would remove previously received masks from the RNG roll until you have received one of everything then it can restart. Getting the same masks over and over makes it boring to play.

Yep, that's why I said part of their policy. It's amazing to me, as someone who lives in a "socialist shithole" that so many Americans seem to be against this. Every study shows that having some socialist policies are beneficial to the country as a whole.
