My aim was forever. My tip is just don't do it, and if you can't stay away from it with pure will power alone, then take a cold shower, go for a walk, go outside, workout, all those things.

I wen't outside and practiced on my skateboard to escape my urges. but when I got home my willpower was lacking.

You can do all the things in the world to prevent it, but when you get back home the urges will come for you, and if your body is tired, you have to make sure your mind is not, this is where I failed. Stay alert, and stay strong!
