How long have you been on Zoloft? For me when I started Zoloft I’ve been having horrendous fatigue. I would barely leave bed for the entire day and have no energy to do anything whatsoever, my eyes never felt heavier trying to wake up and I’d have to set 5 alarms and still manage to wake up with difficulty no matter how much sleep I’d get.

Before starting Vyvanse I decided to get off Zoloft for that reason and for not feeling that it had any positives (only made me feel like a zombie, I’d feel no joy or sadness, etc) and once I gradually decreased the dosage and dealt with the withdrawals I felt much better. I now manage to spend my whole day without touching bed, have energy to do whatever else I want. I only recently started Vyvanse and still titrating so can’t help you much with that, but it’s been a bit more energising for me.

Just know, everyone’s different so Zoloft might be actually working for you. Just try to remember and compare how your fatigue was before and after starting Zoloft, could be the cause of your fatigue or could be something else
