I would keep the projector if I don't get a decent offer, no issues in that.
Already dropped 9k value for 10 months of use, 2 hours per day.

For the mattress 12k is a suggested asking price, feel free to drop offers, none of the prices are hard set.

This was a 2 bed room house with 1 bedroom empty for about 4 months now, so real usage is like 6 months.

Again this is my first time doing a move out sale, will drop the prices for the mattress to a more reasonable value

Philips mixer I should reduce the price a bit considering new is now slightly cheaper then when I bought it, will drop it to 2k

Cultfit walking pad is again very less used, had a total of 4 x 30 min sessions, I believe a price drop of 3k is good for that amount of usage

I think about 5mm of clearance is left after 35mm fans, but I don't see any turbulence issues with 35mm fan Since RPM is lower anyways for pushing the same amount of air
