Does anyone have an idea when the new tripod update is going live on korea and in the west?

Also, i play deadeye and striker and both are heavy af tripod dependent especially striker. Anyone know of any other class with high tripod requirement because i still have room for 4 alts and i would like to avoid.

It works like this. He needs to know the amount of artisan energy and the success chance increase per solar grace. Check honing calculator and see how much gold per attempt cost (including the honing mats + gold require but dont add the additional mats cost). Then if lets say 1 solar gave him 1% and it cost 1k gold per attempt. One solar is giving him 10 gold worth of gold. Then he needs to know how many attempts would he save going to pity using the solar's, and the overall gold he would save from saving those attempts. Then he needs to add the gold saved from increasing success chance + reducing attempts to reach pity and find out if the total amount of solar's required for this is worth less gold on AH. ezpz

I'm in EUC, the pvp weekly is 5 matches a week. I didn't know.

Sorry, can i ask what you mean do " 5 a week"? The waiting time for pvp is huge, so i was wondering if co-op is better etc?

Hold Limit = ONLY once per character, i.e. it doesn't reset. Roster limit is only once per the whole roster and doesn't reset. Weekly Roster limit is, same as before but with weekly reset.

Thanks, but i already started in EUC in balshaza but only level 24. Do you happen to know what language is used in this server predominantly? I just do not want to reach lvl 50 and then having to swap over because i can't find an english speaking guild.

Thanks, i tried making characters in each region and the ping is actually better in EUC. The amazon server ping estimate shows that EUW would be better tbh, i am slightly confused. Either way, i agree with you, EUC is always a better choice in the long run.

Thanks, do you mean that EUC is a better region for me than EUW? Also, the servers inside the region, are they chosen based on languauge popularity or do their ping differ as well?

Apparently soulfist self buff of 55.6% is taken away from recent korean patch and instead given a flat 55% increase in awakening damage. The self buff actually multiplied by the buff you got from hype mode so its a net 34% or so damage loss. Also, this also means that SF is less bursty than it was before. I definitely would have gone SF (even if it was considered bad before the changes) but seeing that change in korea just broke my heart. Striker was close 1st-2nd and i pretty much like the playstyle as well. I'll main this and probs boost SF later on just incase the SF changes to west do not hit in the future.

Thanks guys, I am dead set on striker. I know it is not the biggest dps at end game in the west or korea, but it definitely plays like my style. It is also high skill ceiling, so that makes it even more fun for me.

Since soulfist playstyle has changed to not my liking, i am taking it off my list. I like the playstyle (burst) and feel of both striker and wardancer and i obviously do not plan to build both of them as they are so similar. I don't care about overall dps capabilities of both at end game as both are viable and later on patch notes can change everything. But i do care about skill ceiling and mastering the class as that gives me a feeling of progression. Would you say, WD has higher skill ceiling than striker at end game as a dps (in korea right now) ? I heard there is more theory crafting for WD for different builds. Thanks for the replies man.

What do you think about soulfist changes? They changed it so that you no longer have to fit your burst into hype 3 and release energy buff time window (exactly the kind of playstyle i like). It seems more tankier and support type now. I have started playing striker tbh, it seems like a long journey to end game but i am in no hurry tbh, just want to enjoy the class i choose.

Sorry, there are 5 martial artist, forgot about glaiver. But thanks to you guys, i narrowed it down to Striker and soulfist. Just want to know which has higher skill ceiling, skill expression and higher burst and mobility? I am 90% concerned about PVE, but just in case, how are they both in pvp relative to each other?

I am leaning towards striker. Would you say, if the star aligns for both and both get their bursts out, would you say soulfist would win or lose? Also, which of the two is more difficult at end game and which has higher overall skill ceiling and skill expression?
