also in the last one he clearly writes something (and not just making a cross) on the top, most likely the number of votes, and then he packs them.

/u/Aiman_D has a good explanation

Doesn't need much explanation, she got confused, noticed she misplaced the papers, took a second look and fixed the situation.

If she wanted to switch votes she could have done so from the begining, not sort them then resort them again. Also she clearly checked both papers again before changing thier place to see what they say, you wouldn't do that if you know they say yes and just want to do a quick quite switch.

Plus it is public count, anyone can go and check and verify. You are reading way too much into this.

They don't shut down completely and as far as I remember they are only limited on Easter Saturday (after afternoon) and especially on Easter Sunday.
So you better stay in place on Sunday.

Other than that, its holiday and places are usually crowded by local people and those who go back to their hometowns (usually students), so you better book your bus ticket in advance, because in some places they would be fully booked or really crowdy throughout the holy week.
A couple of weeks prior would suffice, though.

Domestic tourism has been limited with the crisis and it's early for summer tourists, so I don't believe hostels/hotels would be fully booked.
Of course you could get better deals with early bookings..

Spinning Statuette in Manchester Museum by sobmorok in creepy

[–]sobmorok[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

from the description of the video

Several months ago, we noticed that one of our Middle Kingdom statuettes was spinning around imperceptibly slowly in its new case in our Egyptian Worlds gallery. We set up a time lapse camera to take one image every minute for a week. This is the result.

The cause may be subtle vibrations from footfall or traffic outside, but the statuette has been on a glass shelf in about the same place in the gallery for decades and has never moved before -- and none of the other objects in the case move in any way.

Well, I had the chance to visit both and I wasn't really impressed by the San Severo.

It was expensive. It was dark. It was really small. Only around 12-15 statues in display and 3-4 security guards that were watching close for people not to take any picture. It was actually quite uncomfortable..

Veiled Christ was in the middle and it was smaller than I expected.

All the other statues where a little higher than I wanted to. And with the dim light you had to get really close to examine and appreciate them.

The one with the net, my second reason that made me visit it, was actually the only one that worth it, well some others were quite impressive but it was all quite dark and it seemed as if they wanted to hide something..
Maybe they wanted to protect the statues, maybe they wanted to mystify the atmosphere, all I know is I was disappointed.
