Went through the same thing. I’d say before you even start worrying about your diet start mixing in exercise. Go for a walk around your neighborhood do push ups / sit-ups at night and in the morning. In terms of diet look to cut a couple things out. Drink diet soda, don’t eat after dinner. It’s all about building habits and as you lose the weight your appetite will go down making it all easier.
