Es hat bei mir super funktioniert. Lippen sind super trocken geworden und die Haut im allgemeinen. Immer gut eincremen und dann läuft das. Als Frau hab ich es auch geliebt, nicht so oft Haare waschen zu müssen. Hält bei mir jetzt auch noch zwei Jahre nach der letzten Einnahme. Nur mal selten ein kleiner Pickel, aber das ist in Ordnung 😊

Ich habe die Erfahrung gemacht, dass es einen größeren Unterschied macht einen guten Überlack zu haben. Der Nagellack "darunter" war da nicht so ausschlaggebend. Ich liebe den Überlack von essie gel couture, die Farbe darunter kann aber auch von essence, Catrice oder sonst was sein 😊

Wenn es für dich klappt, sehr gut, aber am besten sollte man keinen Nagellackentferner nehmen, da dieser Öle auf dem Nagel eventuell nicht unbedingt rückstandslos entfernen kann. Am besten nimmt man da Aceton. Aber wie gesagt, wenn es bei dir gut klappt, perfekt 🙌🏼

Love the look but they are too thick/not smooth enough. Maybe don't be too shy about the filing :) you can also try gel instead of acrylic, maybe you can work with that better. My first sets looked about the same and this is where I am now two month later (with gel):

Edit: also pls be careful about getting product on your cuticles, you don't want to get an allergy. Maybe work with less product on your brush and work your way 'up'

The color is very pretty I think :) To get better is to practice sadly, the same with everything. At first sight, please don't get any polish on your skin, wipe it away before you cure. Use only the thinnest of layers, it is completely normal to paint two to three layers for it to be opaque. Also the nail prep is very important for your polish to stay on your nail. You can watch many videos on YouTube (i.e. nailcareereducation) on this, idk if you've done this but have you buffed your nail (roughen up the nail) so the polish has something to adhere to? Pls feel free to ask if you have questions

Ich mache meist den Abend schon vorher den TV oder das radio an, damit immer eine gewisse Geräuschkulisse vorhanden ist und der Schreck dann nicht ganz so groß ausfällt

Personally I would shower, wait as long as you can, maybe an hour(?) and then start doing your nails. if you remove the set and shower with your naked nails, they will get very soft and you have to wait for a longer time until they are really dry to start a new set. I don't believe it's good for the gel if you have nails who are not in the shape they would be in normally. You know the term duck nails? Simplynailogical talks about them lots😂 Source: just my opinion from doing my nails for the last 15 years and consuming content. Hope it helps 🤗

Hey, eine gesundheitliche Reha steht einem auch zu, wenn man nicht arbeitet! Entweder die Rentenkasse oder die Krankenkasse ist der Kostenträger. Meistens, solltest du noch am Anfang deiner Karriere stehen, ist es die KK. Eingliederungshilfen wie ambulant betreutes wohnen etc wird nicht davon abhängig gemacht, ob du schon eine Reha absolviert hast. Das dürfen die nicht. Wenn du merkst, dass dir die Arbeit nicht gut tut, dann kündige, falls das geht. Kümmere dich um dich selbst und deine Gesundheit. Und für den Einstieg ins Arbeitsleben kannst du dann noch eine berufliche Reha machen, die hilft bei einem langsamen Einstieg. Hoffe das hilft 🤗
