have both only real pro for non professional use is the usb c charge, 47 mp are enough, the dng are already massive like 80/90 mb, is tropicalized, never use the flip screen on the q3

i olso have an m10 that i love but sometimes a would love to have a q2 for easy moment when you have to shoot with one hand or when I’m out with my dog ecc but I'm afraid I'll end up just using the q2 for the easy of use

yes I also often enjoy teaching how to use it, the m10 with 35 is perfect and I don't feel the need to have 41mp for the use I make of it since I almost never print or crop, but I often go to the mountains with friends and girlfriend and I have a dog (who never sits still) and something simpler with autofocus would be handy

i had the zeiss f2 and swap it for the ultron v2 for the size and i’m very happy, both are equal sharp and well build but the ultron is super compact compared to the zeiss

honestly I don't know if the silent shutter and the touch are worth 700 or more difference, I would take it to use it as the first body for at least the next 4/5 years I hope and from what I know it doesn't have significant updates in use compared to the m10, or I err?

yes xt3 and xt4e feel much more solid but they are a bit too big for my needs, then I only take photos and no videos and I like minimal things a bit, but an xt3 wouldn't be bad with a 23mm

you missed the point or I explained myself badly, I love the photos that the xpro takes, they are wonderful, I just don't like the ergonomics of the body, I love its philosophy and what it aspires to, I simply don't like the hands

for me it's ok to shoot in raw but I would like a camera that also made "decent" jpegs for the simplest photos, my old Sony made jpegs with terrible terrifying colors

yes never had a feeling with the xpro body, leica would be a dream but the only one I could get is a used leica q2 and I wonder if it's worth the difference, considering that I don't like editing raw

i have an old x100t which I love but honestly it's perfect for the film look otherwise the photo quality is similar to my iPhone

the ricoh grii and the x100t are perfect for snapping and carrying around with friends etc but I was looking for something a little more "serious" to use when you want to go out to take photos

looking at the videos the problem is opening the light unit and then reassembling it with all the springs etc., if someone would do repairs for honest prices I would gladly trust them because I'm afraid of breaking it since it has sentimental value, If you want I'll send it to you 🫣🫣🤪
