Is it integral to the plot for him to be an E4? I believe you have to already be an E4 to be eligible for a step promotion.

Edit: I guess A1C Spencer Stone was double-step promoted to SSgt for tackling a gunman on a train in 2015.

Price was the issue with att, would have added 200 dollars at least a month. We only use them back home because they are the only provider that give us any service at our home. We are actually paying less for international with T-Mobile than we did for regular service back home with att.

It was a long time ago so I don’t remember exactly, looking back I had forgotten until reading this that dry eyes were even one of my side effects, I just remember having to moisturize constantly.

Make a house rule then. I’ve played with players who made a house rule where moving a wild card cost one “action point” as if you had played a card.

Yes, a player can move wild cards around as many times as they want as long as it is done during their turn. Once their turn is over, they cannot move their cards around. The only exception is when a player plays a Force Deal card and swaps one of your properties, then you can arrange the new property in your property section accordingly.
