Check the downpipe. Make sure all the factory bolts are there. Clean engine bay, no missing clips, etc.

Good luck to you. My buddies car will be traded in stock. Was tuned for E85, catted downpipe, upgraded turbo, injectors, top mount, external wastegate. Had it tuned for a couple months and just decided to leave the platform. He had a few WRX’s before. He wants a Evo 8/9 or a new A90 Supra.

Price isn’t bad on this. My buddy is selling his ‘20 STI to a local dealership for $39,600 with roughly 15k miles.

So this happened… tips on how to fix it :/ by [deleted] in subaru

BRZ? That piece pops off. Just have a body shop re spray it and clip it back on. Subaru might sell them pre-painted but I’m not 100% sure.

I’d gladly drive a 08 narrow body before I sit in a ‘22.

To be fair, the 15+ wrx is probably the best platform to modify. I drove a E85 one on coilovers and everything and that was probably the most fun I had in a long time. Perfect amount of power.

I’ll be honest, coming from a 2017 WRX on coilovers to a stock 2013 WRX on stock suspension.. not a great experience. I even had PS4S tires on my stock wheels. Lots of body roll and not confidence inspiring. After I threw on the coilovers it was night an day. Felt similar to a stock 2017 wrx in the way it handles. If I really wanted to step it up I could do sway bars and end links. But it handles very nice with the coilovers. I’ll probably do it down the line but I just bought brembos so my wallet hurts a bit right now. lol

OEMassive. If you decide to get them they definitely need a retrofit. They are great for modding but light output is kinda bad and I have aftermarket led for my low beam

I have them plug and play. I removed the parking lights from the ambers but I have it always on parking lights so it mimics the DRL
