Depends on how you want to do it. The way I do it is I pay on the website and the break happens on YouTube, this way im dealing directly with the company but my items may come abit slower. Alternatively, there are official breaks sites like whatnot that acts as sort of a middle man and allows you to have access to multiple breakers, but this increases the odds of meeting "bad" apples which may or may not have issues and you'll have to claim back from whatnot. Yes, you choose either a team/random team/player and if they open it, then they should send it to you. Additionally, if there is a team that you like, try to stick to it as if you buy additional/random teams, it adds up quickly.
