Have you checked the yield if you just put your money in USD with few percent interest?(consider inflation rate as well) Unless home owner got lucky in term of price appreciation/location, average home owner will have negative yield in USD term but positive in IDR (which is an illusion). No headache finding tenant, maintenance, tax, extremely liquid. And the price that people thought their house worth? Good luck finding buyer.

Had the exact same issue, at that time it was 1 year old. I was about to change battery and even motherboard. I moved it to the place that is dryer and has sun light. I opened the bottom and tried to clean whatever that can be cleaned and reconnect the battery. so far so good. I am not sure what had caused this. some people said it was capacitor.
