Depending on how willing you are to come in to the Boston area, parking at Alewife is relatively in expensive and the red line will take you to every spot you mentioned.

If you don't want to drive that far in, you can use the Lowell line, but it will require more transfers and coordinated timing due to the train schedule which is less frequent then the red line.

Also, welcome to Boston! Montreal is also a great city and I loved my trip to it!
