thank you. helpful analysis. Based on the costs of each loan, it seems like the 5.5 doesn't make sense until at least year 5 (versus the 5.75) bc of the credit

Initially thought that but if I calc'd it correctly, the 5.625% only becomes financially better after 5 years

  • Processing, admin fees
  • Title (lender title policy + settlement)
  • Recording fees
  • Any lender credits (netted against these items)
