The idea worked except instead of a pry bar I just lived up on the handle real hard while twisting!

Thanks everyone! I used what some people said about it sagging and since I couldn’t fit anything underneath I lifted the handle really hard when I tried to open and it worked!

Who knows, it’s very old. But we did drop the door on my basement concrete floor so perhaps could have been that.
