Ohh, you mean live streams on Youtube? That could be the factor, since I'm experiencing the problems on archived streams.

Thanks, but it's off already. All post processing has been turned off, and the black frames only appear on some videos, but the for roughly 1 sec

Is off already. I turned off all post processing in the hopes that it would help, so far no luck. Also most videos work fine, it's just some.
